Rates
Initial Consultation $450.00 50-minute session
Psychotherapy $425.00 per 50-minute session
Child Psychotherapy $425.00 per 50-minute session
Psychopharmacology $450 per 50-minute session
Psychoanalysis 4 to 5 times a week: rate by arrangement
Forensic Psychiatry Consultation $800 per 50 minute session

Fee reductions are sometimes available.

Insurance
I am not a member of any insurance plan. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am not a party to this and it is between you and your insurer. My office can assist you by estimating what your coverage will pay and submitting claims on your behalf.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• When is the anniversary date
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Note that the insurance company may have a usual and customary limit on what they pay and it may be surprisingly low.
  
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Do you want your insurance company to have your diagnosis?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for the session.
